FAQ

Presale: Presale items are listed so I can order enough sizes based on demand.  PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY.  Sizing and shipping information will be listed on each item.  EXCHANGES may not be possible and are subject to availability.  Sizing exchanges must happen via e-mail request to hello@petitecoo.com PRIOR to shipment.  If you decide to exchange after shipment there will be a restock and shipping fee.  Presale orders cannot be refunded for ANY reason.  

COVID UPDATES: Because our shipment and delivery does not rely on a third party facility, our shipment times from our site are the same, 2-3 business days from the time you order.  However, once shipped, shipping times are often delayed because of delays with USPS.  Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages once shipped.  

Care Instructions: Like a good pair of jeans or silk blouse, knits do not need to be washed often. We recommend gently removing any dirt etc. by blotting with a damp cloth. Hand washing in cold water will increase the life of your knits. Only use a small amount of liquid soap (baby shampoo or fine fibers formula). Do not use hot water or even different temperature of water as this will "shock" the fibers causing them to mat together. After washing, sandwich your knit between 2 towels and flatten water out. Lay flat to dry. If needed, air tumble on the no heat setting to fluff.

Return/Exchange Policy: All sales are final. If incorrect size was ordered, please contact within 3 days of delivery and request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. Buyer pays return shipping.  We are more than happy and insist on replacing any item that is defective or damaged. Please keep in mind that these items are not machine made and natural variations in the knitting patterns are not considered defective. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags.  Please send a picture of the item to Petite Coo and let us handle it from there. A replacement item will be sent at no additional cost.

Sizing Guide: Each garmet is measured and size charts can be found in the product description of that item.  Note that these measurements are taken when the item is laying flat, unwrinkled, un-stretched. Length is from highest point to the lowest point. Width measurements are taken at the widest part of the romper.  To measure, we recommend taking a onesie you currently have and measure the length and width to compare to our size chart. 

Shipping Information: In stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS first class mail.  First class mail (domestic) is typically delivered within 3 business days, however Petite Coo cannot be responsible for timeliness of the postal service.  For questions please call USPS directly 1-800-275-8777 with the tracking number or enter your tracking number via the USPS website.

Petite Coo is not responsible for any “undelivered” items marked “delivered” by USPS.  

We are pleased to offer international shipping options.  Buyers please keep in mind that international shipping rates apply and buyer is responsible for any customs/fees upon arrival.
